Can you give me a quote over the phone?
DCC prepares a quotation after meeting with you in your home you to discuss what exactly you want.
What’s your hourly rate?
DCC charges for the scope of work performed and does not have a flat hourly rate.
Will one person be cleaning my home or will it take more than one?
DCC provides a team of usually two, dedicated to cleaning your home. A large home may require a larger team. The team works efficiently and minimises disturbance and time in your home.
Are your staff screened for suitability?
Yes all our employment process includes interviews, background checks, work history, ID and references.
How long will it take to clean my home?
Usually a team of 2 takes between 1 and 2 hours for most of our jobs.
Do I have to be home when you come?
No. We will have discussed your needs and arranged access to your home with you beforehand.
How do I pay?
By cash, cheque or internet bill pay/bank transfer payment upon completion.
What if I need to change my schedule?
Simply contact us and discuss an alternative time. We really appreciate one week notice if possible.
What sort of guarantee do you have?
We offer to rectify any omission within 24 hours if reported immediately. We also guarantee your rental bond based upon our clean.
What if something is damaged while cleaning?
DCC holds Public Liability insurance, protection for yourself and your possessions.
